1 Some projects never came before the Las Vegas City Council because of the required community involvement. Projects which didn’t pass muster include the gas station and car wash at Durango and Grand Teton; check cashing at Centennial and Durango; a 24-hour bar at Centennial and Durango; a Jones and Elkhorn convenience store; C1 and commercial development at Tenaya and Azure; a 24-hour bar at Fort Apache and Horse; a 24-Hour Tavern at Hualapai and Dorrell, and others. Steve Ross’s efforts gave neighbors a say in their neighborhood!

2 Improvement will include pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, streetlights and driveways.

3 The company has currently put in over $1,000,000 of investment in infrastructure and will be breaking ground this year.
